United Women in Faith

The United Women in Faith (UWF) of Calvary United Methodist Church are organized for MISSION. We support the worldwide mission of the Women's division of the United Methodist Church. To accomplish this, we fulfill our pledge to the Albany District through raising money by holding Fall and Spring Rummage Sales.

All women of Calvary are welcome to attend any United Methodist Women meeting/or event. We hope to see you soon!

Calvary UWF

PURPOSE STATEMENT: The organized unit of United Women in Faith shall be a community of women (women who participate in any UWF events) whose PURPOSE is to know God (Communion Breakfast, book study, Mission U) and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship (what are your interests? I wish UMW would…); and to expand concepts of mission (Red Bird, Utica center, Capital City Rescue Mission) through participation in global ministries (read Response magazine) of the church.
