Prime Timers

Prime Timers – A group of mature adults who gather quarterly, usually on the 3rd Wednesday, at noon. When together we share food, we socialize, we learn, and we have fun! Occasionally the group will take a day trip. Participants represent several faith communities and while many are retired, some participants are still working. All are welcome and Prime Timers are encouraged to invite friends or family members to our meetings.

Prime Timers News

The next Prime Timers meeting of 2024 is Wednesday, September 18th, 12pm at Calvary. Yvonne Abunaw, and Dave and Kathy Nord are the meeting planners. Lunch will be a pot luck, please bring a dish to share. Beverages will be provided! RSVP to Sharon by September 10 (kunkes@nycap.rr.com or call 518-368-3968). This will let us know how many tables and chairs are needed. The theme for September is “Here, There and Everywhere”. Presenters will show and talk about 2-4 interesting items that they brought back from their travels. And as always there will be time to catch up with your fellow Prime Timers.

Reminders:

We meet quarterly now. Our last meeting for this year is December 11 at noon at Calvary. Details about the program and lunch will be announced in the near future.
Dues for 2024 will remain $5.00 for the calendar year. Make checks payable to ‘Prime Timers’.
If you would like to attend a meeting but need transportation, please let us know. We will try to coordinate a ride for you. Or if you can provide a ride, please let us know.
